Please remember, some federal holidays may impact the load dates. PATCO has three business days to load employees’ FREEDOM Cards.
If you want to upload RideECO value to FREEDOM Cards, please do the following:
2. Complete an online order via our secure website www.RideECO.org and click “Login” in the upper right corner. After placing your online order, please submit payment via check or ACH transfer.
3. Please have your order and payment to Edenred 48 hours before (usually a Wednesday) the load date to ensure your employees’ cards are included in that Friday’s FREEDOM Card upload.
4. Please remind your employees that PATCO has three business days to load their FREEDOM Cards.
Important reminders:
- If employees obtain new cards, they must provide you their new FREEDOM Card number ASAP. Submitting incorrect or out-of-date card numbers could cause a delay in loading your employees’ cards.
- The PATCO FREEDOM Card has a maximum load of $650. If your employee is carrying a balance of $650 and you attempt to load the card, the value will not increase until the employee depletes some of the balance. We suggest you reach out to employees if they are carrying a large FREEDOM Card balance and confirm their participation in RideECO.
- Please remember that the FREEDOM Card is a PATCO product, not a RideECO product. Questions related to FREEDOM Card balances, transaction histories, reporting a card lost/stolen, and obtaining a new card should be directed to PATCO’s Customer Service at 877-373-6777.
- A FREEDOM Card cannot be loaded until payment is received.
